Price of series 65 amp?

It is not in mint condition; has some bruises and minor dents in the chassis. The price right now is $500; is that too much? (I am considering buying it...) Thanks in advance! Also, the ones with the 12ax7a phase inverter tube seem to bring more but for a bare chassis, that's high. Heads with cabs are going for around $300.00-350.00 on US Ebay. Mike.
