Looks like something went very wrong in the power supply section of the amp I'm checking out for a friend...any transformer info would be appreciated. Specs, replacement sources, etc. As of now, I don't even know what voltages I should be getting on the secondaries. Thank you. |

At least one of the schematics shows the AC voltages that are present at the secondary of the power transformer. Check the second or third schematic... not the transformer drawing but the amp schematic. At the lower right it shows where the windings of the transformer connect and labels their voltages. There aren't any sources of new transformers for these that I am aware of... you would have to get that one rewound if needed (Mercury Magnetics) or get one from a "junker" parts amp.
