I bought a RH118, along with an HD130 amp, about a month ago from a local music shop. The cabinet is in very good to excellent condition. I will send pictures if you want to see it. It's basically an RH115 (bottom port) on steroids with castors. It sounds great - very punchy and not all bottom like my Acoustic 301. I haven't pulled the speaker to see if it is original. Based on the scratch marks around the screws I would guess it isn't, but I don't know for sure. I don't really care as long as it sounds good. It has a better tone balance overall than my RH115.

WOW
i havent even seen the 115" in oz
Ex.Cabs are rare downunder, im the only person i know with a 212"RH i have seen one other in very unoriginal state - i pictured it recently on the site. The only other time apart from these two was a 412" on a "magic dirt" film clip, and another 112" unaware of condition in the melbourne trading post about 10 years ago.
Very rare.
Heads are rare also i have never seen one in australia advertised or used.

At the moment im running a hd130 210"(valvePI) witha 212"RH just had the amp serviced and specified that the big bottle EH6CA7s were to be put in it - turns out there the most highly recommended for MM in australia.
The speakers in the cab are still being run in! their freshly rebuilt because i had to stay with the originals.

Cheers Steve, I would love a photo.
Please try to get the other parts of the site runng - if you want help with it my good friend does websites for a living and i reckon he'd do it for free.

Greetings from Upover! I would love to have Mr. Kennedy's amp knowledge. I was introduced to a guy that works on tube amps at the work the other day. One of my HD 130's is rather hissy. I will ask him to do a cap replacement and check it out. If he's good I'll take the other HD 130 and the 75 in to get tuned up also. I posted pictures under the "Brag about your MM stuff" area. I wish I could delete the posts I goofed up before I got it right, but I guess I have to showcase my idiocy to the MM world. There are times I wish I had a HD130 210 like you have instead of my separate amp and speaker cab, but I like the flexibility of having individual components. A few weeks after I bought my RH118 I saw another one in a different music shop. They had several pieces of MM stuff but many of them were in rough shape. If I ever get to "Oz" I'll bring some MM amps to put in the overhead compartment!
