I've read every thread on biasing an HD-130, and I'm still confused(!)

Quick question: When biasing a four tube HD-130 (all SS preamp, no splitter tube), shouldn't the voltage drop across the 3.9 ohm resistors be twice as much as for the HD-65 model? In other words, should we be aiming for a ballpark figure of 50mV on the HD-130, compared to 25mV for the HD-65?

yea, I'm working on my brother's 130 and the same thought occurred to me. until now, I've only worked on mine with two tubes. mmm....
