My 210-HD 130 combo, which I bought new in 1979 is an all SS preamp model (no 12AX7), has speaker numbering which indicates the speakers were built week 6 1979. It is an export model designed for Australia; chassis no. 2275-130 AX (serial no. B009195). Input voltage 250VAC 50Hz, Aussie standard plug. Looking at the 2275-130 schematic DL'ed from the Ernie Ball site, I notice that it states: "on 2275 chassis, bright switch and .015uF cap. are eliminated", and also: "on 2275 chasis, midrange is replaced by 820ohm resistor". My amp most definitely has both the bright switch and the midrange pot, which is confusing. So what have I got? A mislabeled 2475-130 chassis? Any comments or ideas? -Mark

the 2475 it has a mid range and bright switch on channel one as well, to make the chassis shorter for the 2 10's they eliminated these 2 things. have a look at a 2 12" and you will see. |
