I have a 2x12 Sixty-Five with solid state pre-amp. My question is this: Can I use the JJ KT77s instead of the 6CA7 or EL34 tube types? If so, should I bias the same way I would with these other tubes? |

I'm interested to know too. I put a set in and biased the normal way. Played a gig and they sounded great. A little more grit than the EL 34s |

I just got the JJ KT77s in the mail yesterday. I'm going to put them in this weekend and have my friend bias them. I'll post how they turn out. |
