212 HD130 sounding too compressed.

Especially during the warm up period, and not as much once the amp get warmed up, but enough to be a problem. Has it had a properly biased new set of tubes in the last few years? I would suspect that the amp may need a cap job or some plate resistors replaced (in addition to a new set of tubes and biasing). If some are bad after 25 years, the others are or will be soon! Steve
