Original replacement switch, RD100 Head

I recently bought my second Music Man amp (first was an RP100/112). My "new" one is an RD100 Head with the white "Pinwal" tolex. Damn thing sounds so awesome and I got a great deal on it. Only problem is that it doesn't have a footswitch and I would love to be able to switch channels.. Is there anyone on here that has an original footswitch to sell or can direct me to a dealer in the U.S. that may be able to help me? For now I'm gonna have a friend of mine rig up a basic channel changing switch but I really want the original.. Thanks guys!   Alex H.
