I have a MM HD212 that I'm ready to part with. I bought it 10yrs ago and have used it very little. Quite heavy to lug around. I'm not sure of the year, but would guess older than newer. It has the pre-amp tube (phase). Small tear in grill cloth and normal wear for a twenty-something year old amp. I thought I'd post it here first hoping to find it a nice home. It cranks as you can imagine.. I used it mostly on the 65w setting, unless I had to show some Marshall stack guy who was boss. The reverb is awesome, the tremelo on this amp may be a little gooffy. The Speed seems fast to me with not much control over depth. I just left the controls turned down. Somewhere I have the original foot switch. (that's included). Should probably have the bias checked out a (little noisy) and could use better tubes (Ruby's are in there now). It is in the San Francisco Bay area, and would probably be best to sell it semi locally...the shipping on the beast would be high. I'm looking to get a fair price of $325 for it. Please email me with any specifics and I'll get back to you. Thanks Mike. Katband2@yahoo.com |
