What amps have the Valve driven pre amp?

I have an RP112 that has the solid state pre amp. What models had the valve preamp. The RD-50 (chassis 1650) has a 12AX7 circuit specifically as a limiter/overdrive/distortion effect. As previously stated, however, the actual preamp in the strict sense is still solid state. This last fact is a big part of what makes MM amps so clear sounding and relatively noise free.
