Trem / reverb footswitch Qs.

Author Message   Rory Coupland (bigjilm) Username: bigjilm Registered: 06-2013 Posted on Friday, July 26, 2013 - 08:03 am:    Hi- I have a MM 130 without a footswitch, so made a simple single-rca f'switch for the tremolo: it makes, or breaks the hot > ground simple as that. Fine. Thing I dont understand is when I swap this simple f'switch into the reverb rca.. reverb stays on/ it doesnt switch it off. Im baffled. Should it? Try just shorting the rever rca jack center electrode to ground and see if it shuts off the 'verb. Then I'd check my switch and connections. Like you said, it's just a ground bar.
