Replaced my tank.

I finally got around to replacing it with a 4 series long delay "Mod" tank from CE. Pt# P-RMOD-4FB3A1B, $13.25 plus shipping. I have used the Mod tanks before, and I prefer them to the current Belton. You can access it from their home page. In my case I just swapped the 8 for 4, and the 2 for 3 to get the number.
