While featuring and illustrating some of the more interesting products shown at the NAMM show this year, mention is made of a product called the Sound Enhancer (from Smith Sound). This product is a stand/base for your combo amp that elevates it, tilts it back and redirects the rear-firing energy from your speakers through a folded horn to the front to reinforce low frequency performance. Cool idea! The photo clearly shows a late-model (black badge) Music Man 112RD-100 combo sitting on the Sound Enhancer at the show! http://www.soundenhancer.com

Very cool product- amazing what it seems to do for the bottom end. Although, if you want a good laugh, listen to the BS from their sales guy on the video link- oh my lord, it's deep. "Easier on the drummer..."? |
