Hey, I joined this forum after browsing it for a while now, because I'm a fairly new Music Man owner. I found a Music Man HD-130 reverb head and a matching 210 cabinet in separate buys on eBay, $175 and $200 respectively. The head was actually at a local pawn shop, so I got to check it out before buying. The cab has been modified to hold a single 12" speaker, it's a Celestion GS12-65 so it sounds great... I was considering restoring it to a 210 but it sounds good enough that I probably won't mess with it now. I've had the combo for about 2 months now, and even though I have 3 other amps, I can't bring myself to use anything but the MM now! I also built a little 110 Bass cabinet with an Eminence basslite Neo speaker so I can play bass with the HD-130 as well. |
