My grill cloth on my 210RD combo was shredded so i decided to replace it. What a pain. I still cant get to the last two remaining screws that hold the speaker board on...I will have to now go buy an extra long philips screw driver and see if I can get em out. Worse still when i went to remove the speakers, the cardboard lining had become stuck to the speaker board and when i tried to pry the speaker off the board it just shredded the cone. Im not sure what i couldve done to prevent this (esp since i wasnt expecting it to be stuck like that). any ideas? suggestions for speaker replacement (210RD combo 100watt speaker code was C10GHD 8112)? What a drag |

Taking out the board with the speakers still attached would have spared you this event. But you couldn't have known that this was necessary. Don't beat yourself up for not having a crystal ball. Anyway, the speakers probably were at the end of their useful life. For replacements, take a look at emminence.com. Best of luck. |

Eminence make great speakers at decent prices. I don't think you can go wrong with them! Most of the speakers I have are made by Eminence! I agree, your original speakers were due to be replaced anyway so don't get too bent out of shape over it. Steve
