OK so I own this music man amp that was given to me for a birthday present about 5 years back when I first started getting serious about playing guitar. Anyways according to its model # its a 115HD-150-EV (not EVM). It doesnt have a 15" speaker in it though. On the contrary it has 2 x 10" speakers in it. I don't know much about this amp, and according to its model # it shouldn't have these speakers. I don't think that its been modified because it still appears to be in its original enclosure. Does anyone know anything about this amp? and why it has 2x10 instead of 1x15

is the amp big and square - would it accomadate a 15"? Because a 2x10" amp wouldnt it is very short and wider than it is tall. If it is square and large then perhaps a new speaker board was made for it, are the 10's mounted next to each other or diagonally? Otherwise there may have been a mix up with the badges. Either way it is a really cool amp!

pretty much its in a short rectangular encloser, and the 10's are side by side. I don't have a digital camera right now, but I'll try to get a picture up so that you guys can see it.

Jesse - my guess is the badges are mixed up, have a look at the models in the flesh thread to see combo sizes. Take it easy. |
