Hey, Music Man lovers, here's a chance to get a really nice 130W 115 combo in great working condition! If you're looking for all original, this probably isn't for you, but if you're interested in a refurbished amp that works great, this might be what you're looking for. All the knobs, switches and jacks work cleanly and quietly. A professional amp tech went through it and replaced the speaker, caps, tubes and grille cloth. The black cloth looks really cool! Cosmetically it is in very good shape, just has the scrapes and small tears in the tolex that you'd expect on a 30-year-old cabinet. The model badge says it's a sixty-five, but it's marked 2275-130-UL on the chassis... Somebody must have switched cabinets, because it's got the 2 power tube location label on the inside. I don't know the year, but it's early enough to have the 12AX7 tube in the preamp section. This one is switchable from 65 to 130 watts; it will get as loud as you need it to. I've decided I just gotta have a 210, and I'm letting this go to raise funds for the next MM. Email me for pics. |
