I am in the market for a dual channel reverb head. I'm in Canada (Ontario) so the power has to be standard North American 115V. A fixer-upper is fine as long as all the hardware is there, including the badges. I would even consider one with a broken transformer. The foot switch would be nice but is not a deal-breaker.
