Bought in late March, this amp doesn't look like it ever saw a live stage.
It certainly must've stayed under it's original cover, that's for sure.
MINT! Check out the pics!

.. & here's a shot of the amp, with my newly-acquired Music Man 110X extension cabinet, speaker dated in '81.

While I think I'm pretty set with what I've got, I'm still on the lookout for one more 110X extension cabinet to really complete the set-up, but I think it's pretty safe to say that I won't be runnin' into too many more of these cabinets, in this lifetime.
Still, if you're sellin', I'm listenin'.. ;)
THAT is a great looking
THAT is a great looking setup. I'm not an open back guy but it IS a good looking combination. Mike.
We knew you'd say that Mike :)
They don't call you MM210 for nuttin!
I agree, that cabinet is super cute and that has to be the cleanest 210 combo I've seen.
Cheers,
Lars

Wow, that is a beauty, I
Wow, that is a beauty, I bought one a about 20 years ago in the same kind of condition. Had all of the paperwork, owners manual, cover, etc. Had never left the guy's house that I purchased from. Has never been taken out by me either, keeping it mint, sounds fantastic! Congrats!
That's the problem - keeping it mint
When you get a piece of equipment like this, it's a shame to take it out playing gigs - but then again, it's also a shame to not use your best on stage. My amps are all players, not collectors, for that reason.
Cheers,
Lars
Well I bought another one for
Well I bought another one for that reason off of Ebay a few years ago. It was ridiculously clean too! It had replacement speakers but that's the one I take out when I want to use a Music Man. I think they are the most undervalued amps on the vintage market.,for the build quality and construction they have. Also, considering they were very expensive when new. Not complaining though, glad to have been able to get mine for what I paid.
What's your serial #?
My 210 65 is # 955, all parts date to '74 including a gorgeous sounding pair of Eminence alnico speakers. Not quite as pristine as yours, but still very clean.
The two 210-65's that I have
The two 210-65's that I have are SN's BN00754 & BN00847. 847 is all original with Eminence alnico speakers, it is dead mint. Bought in 1994 from the original owner with cover and all original paperwork, manual, warranty card, etc.
SN 754 is about as clean cosmetically but has replaced Celestion V10-60 speakers. I should try to locate a nice pair of original Eminence speakers for this amp.
Also have a 112-65, SN BN08199 bought off of Ebay a few years ago, mint. Yep, I like this series!
Just checked, annnnnd..
.. my serial number is BN00582 .
Crazy, right?! Definitely lucked out with this one, it's more apparent, every day.
Mine is BN05183. Not
Mine is BN05183. Not completely original because I put Weber Cali 10's in it. I DO still have the original MM speakers though. Other than that, it's stock except for tubes, of course. Oh wait, I DID re-cap it for safeties sake(the amp, not me!). Mike.
That's Insane
This is probably the best purchase I've seen on the whole forums. Very happy for you.
