Things are a little slow around here so (like at a bad party) I thought I'd get out the slide projector and show a family pic of my girls. I bought my 2/12/65 (12ax7) used, back around 1978. She's been my bread n' butter amp all these years with regular check-ups and maintenence. The 130HD reverb head (12ax7) I got around ten years ago mostly for outside gigs, but have used her a lot inside also. (depending on my mood I guess) I like just using the two 2/12 cabinets (4 ohm) with her.. easier to pack around. I've always used amp covers, I think they help keep your gear in good shape. Dave.  |
