I HAVE THIS WONDERFUL HEAVEY NECK BEAKER STINGRAY 11 THAT MY MOM BROUGHT ME BACK IN 1979 ITS A NATURAL FINISH WITH A BLACK PICK GUARD (SN)GOO3667 I PLAYED THIS BABY FOR YEARS OUT OF A MUCIC MAN RP100 AMP I ALSO HAVE THE ORIGANAL CASE
THE TONE IS GREAT AND STILL LOOKS GREAT I ALSO HAVE THE ORIGANAL BROWN MUSIC MAN STRAP WITH THE LOGO ON IT THAT CAME WITH THE GUITAR
Open up an old double album cover, you'll
probably find little bits o'weed there too!
I have a Musicman Stingray II guitar. It's preamp is broken. It is called PC board G-1-A.
I contacted Ernie Ball, but they don't do "pre musicman"things, as they call it.
I am looking for a diagram or scheme of this internal pre amp.
Can anyone help me?
Gut the electronics, and rebuild the the electronics from bass pickup to 1/4" jack
with passive components.
Inexpensive parts can be found many places,
www.carvin.com is one place, www.dimarzio.com
