I made a tool to press some chassis straps, I've had them nickel plated and they fit my 210 75 for sure. The dimensions are, hole centres 109mm (4 5/16") x total length 128mm (5"). I have 3 pairs and just want reasonable offers to cover costs etc. I'm in Australia. Here's a pic http://photobucket.com/albums/b390/richl espaul/?action=view¤t=straps.jpg

No sorry, there's quite a bit of work in making the tool so at this stage I've only made the size I needed. If there were enough people interested I could make a smaller size but I need to cover my costs.

Hi All; I've just discovered I've fallen into the quagmire of the "Lost Chassis Strap Boys", along with the rest of you. I tried to email Rich to see if he had made any more runs of his repro chassis straps, but the message was bounced back. Anyone (Rich ??) know how his straps came out, and if there's any more abailable from him, or someone else? I'd certainly commit to 3 or 4 sets, at ?? $20/set ??, to encourage others to join in and maybe make it worthwhile for someone like Rich, who has an easy connection with a suitable stamping/manufacturing plant, to do a run for us past, present, and future "Lost Boys" Or maybe someone who has an "in" at Ernie Ball could convince them to bring them back for sale. They would seem to be the only item of cosmetic parts/supplies for MM's that's just not available in any decent fashion. Thanks, Reed |

Are these still available, Rich?
I have a MM 1x12 cab; these should fit.
