Hi, I'm new here. I use a MusicMan RD100 and am thinking of connecting a 2x12 cab. Has anyone had any experience of doing this ? Which cab do you recommend ? I was looking at a Fender VibroKing 212B. The front covering looks like it will match the amp. Thanks in advance for your replies.  | ||

I have used a Fender single 12" speaker cab with my HD130, any cab should be ok as long as its to your musical and tonal taste... the good part about cabinets and recording is you can isolate the cab and still have the amp beside you as you control the sucker, mine of course is a combo, like a head(I also own a ST100A B52 tube head...dont laugh), speakers can be attached to it...Jim | ||

I know this is a old post but who cares?I run a 4/12 and a 2/12 loaded with carvin british series speakers and they sound great!They are kinda like Celestions with really deep baskets,unfortunetly carvin only makes these from time to time .found mine on ebay.lets hear some more ideas!  |
