Can Reverb and Tremolo be added to Channel 1 of a HD130 (w/12ax7 PI)? I've done simple mods (caps, resistor, Bias) to my amps, but is this a complicated task. THANKS!!

why not bridge channell one to channel two with a guitar lead? or do you want channel switching?

Bridging channels works great for tonal variations, I highly recomend it too! But I want the change for either channel switching OR plugging in a 2nd guitar and having reverb with it. Reverb is more important to me than the tremelo. Thanks!!

Considered a stomp box?

Actually I use several stomp boxes. I have no issues with using them. I was hoping that the process of adding the reverb to the 1st channel would be a simple "jumper" type of mod. If I can have the added channel, I could plug in a 2nd guitar and preset the controls and not have to tinker with the tone controls when switching from a 335 to a Strat. Or possibly use it with a higher volume setting for solos. But it's no big deal. If it's going to require major surgery, I don't want to butcher my sweet HD130. Thank you and I appreciate all of for your constructive responses.

He, he, he!! That's funny!!...but true. I really didn't mean to make a big deal over it. I came a cross a thread on the Fender forum where someone simply jumpered a wire or two to get their DRRI's NORMAL channel to have all the features of their VIBRATO channel, and was hoping it would be simple job on the HD130. No biggie!! I did however find another trick with my extra channel and my Brian Moore i8.13 guitar. It has a stereo jack. I plugged the piezo output into channel 1 and the magnetic into the channel 2. I can blend both sounds and WOW, what a sound I got. Oh well!!
