Thanks to all your collective info - I can confirm that this amp I bought used years ago with no badges is indeed a 212-65.
Can anyone tell me the year? Based on what I have seen on this forum, I am guessing 1979 but would love an expert opinion.
Serial number is CN01852
I have reached out to the guy on another thread who is fabbing the badges (genius idea by the way) in an effort to sell this beast.
Any info appreciated - nice to know this forum exists.

Remove the chassis from cabinet and look for a hand written date on the main PC board.
